Douglas D. Geiger, M.D.

Doug Geiger, M.D. originates from Springfield, Illinois and has been a part of SIRA since 1993.  Dr. Geiger earned his Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University. He earned his medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.  He began his radiology residency at North East Ohio College of Medicine and completed his residency at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He served a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Geiger is Board-Certified by The American Board of Radiology. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association and the American College of Radiology.  He holds memberships in the Radiology Society of North America and the Society of Musculoskeletal Radiology.

 Dr. Geiger resides in Bloomington with his wife, Blue and two children.  He is an avid fly fisherman.
