The staff of the SIRA billing office is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., to answer questions regarding your insurance.  We understand that insurance is often complicated and we will do what we can to help you.  

SIRA accepts the following insurance: 

  • Anthem Insurance

  • Traditional

  • Blue Access

  • Other Anthem plans used by local employers

  • Cook

  • Encore

  • IHN

  • SIHO

  • Indiana Medicaid

  • Medicare

  • State of Indiana Breast and Cervical Cancer Program

  • Tricare
